1. Choose nutritious foods to eat

First of all pancreatic cancer patients have to choose nutrient-rich diet, digestible, less irritating, low-fat diet and high-protein, more carbohydrate foods such as milk, fish, liver, egg white, refined flour food, lotus root starch, fruit juice, soup, rice and so on. And those have function to clean liver, such as hawthorn, malt, seed of jog’s tears, red bean, shepherd’s purse, Trichosanthes, Angelica, Astragalus, Codonopsis, Yin-hua,kelp, seaweed, seaweed, etc.

2. Avoid overeating

Pancreatic cancer surgery diet, should pay attention to the spleen and stomach, such asrice, beans, beans, yam, wolfberry, mussels, fig, hazelnut, milk, water chestnut powder, etc.

3. Food taboos

Avoid greasy foods and high fat foods, such as fatty meat, lamb, floss, shellfish, peanuts,walnuts, sesame seeds, pastries, etc. Avoid tobacco & alcohol and acids, hemp, spicy food such as onions, garlic, ginger,pepper, chili, etc. Avoid mildew food, fried food, smoked and pickled food. Avoid hard, sticky foods do not digest, leek, celery and other coarse-fiber foods, food with strong stimulation for intestinal, such as grains, corn, rice, etc.
