Early symptoms of lymphoma

Systemic symptoms: (1) heat: heat and more irregular, between the years of 38-39C, some patients showed high fever, may also be intermittent fever, a small number of thermal cycles. (2) weight loss: the performance of the majority of patients with weight loss in 6 months to reduce the original weight of more than 10%. (3) sweating: sweating at night or after sleep.

Extranodal disease: Lymphoma can occur in systemic lymphoid tissues, such as the chin, jaw, front neck, collarbone, the armpit, groin, mediastinum or abdominal artery near. Sometimes occurred in the organs causing compression symptoms; itchy skin caused by infiltration of the skin, subcutaneous nodules; tonsils and the mouth, nose and throat caused by infiltration of difficulty in swallowing, nasal congestion, nasal New York; if it occurs in the stomach, small intestine or large intestine may have abdominal swelling, abdominal pain, abdominal mass, vomiting, bloody diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms; if lymphoma bone marrow, may have pale, fever, abnormal bleeding and other symptoms, sometimes appear abnormal lymphocytes in peripheral blood can be seen.

Reminder: In general, no specific clinical manifestations of lymphoma symptoms, mainly lymph nodes, as well as recurrent fever, skin itching, coughing, chest tightness, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and other symptoms. If there is no reason for long-term fever, night sweats, weight loss or sudden painless swelling of lymph nodes, they should be checked as soon as possible to the hospital in order to clarify whether the risk of lymphoma.
